Together, we explore your body’s patterns, responses, and innate intelligence using the principles of Spontaneous Core—including Crowns of the Body, Overriding Compensations, Rehearsing Movement, and moving with Ease.
Each session is tailored to your starting point, your needs, and your goals—whether you’re managing pain, rebuilding function, or seeking greater connection and awareness.
